Recycle Life

It's amazing to me how life can change in the blink of an eye! So y'all remember this picture? Well funny story, it actually came true. Just last June, the day before we came home from our adventures in UT. Erin decided she wanted pink food for breakfast so we made it, and being the goofy people we are we made papa a kidney (long story short my dad had kidney failure and was on dialysis) we all joked around got a good laugh and went on with life. Well to our surprise on Feb 26 my dad got a call from SLC, he had to get to the hospital because, they had a kidney for him. After much prayer and emotion on Feb 28 he went into surgery and came out with a new kidney! I really don't think it has sunk in yet. It happened so fast and so spontaneously that we still can not believe this amazing blessing has happened. We were not told from who or how the kidney was donated, but we are very grateful. And all the surgeon told my mother was that the kidney was big and it was pink!

Our Family.

We are a Crazy Little Family of Three! Greg and I are in School Full Time. So our life has really turned into an adventure! We have no free time, but we make it through. We both have Callings too. Mine in the Young Women keeps me very busy and Greg teaches some interesting 11yr olds in Primary. And Erin is now a Sunbeam! So now we can also look forward to Primary activities. But were excited for 2011 and what it will bring us. And if you like us add your self to the followers!
